4. No Warranty
The beta software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Use at your own risk. We recommend backing up your work regularly.
5. Feedback & Data Collection
We may collect usage data, error reports, and feedback to improve the product. By participating, you consent to this data collection.
6. Updates & Downloads
The installer will download updates from our private repository. You agree to receive automatic updates during the beta period.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate beta access at any time. The beta program will end when we launch the public release.

9. Eligibility & UK Residency Requirement
The Fontis Beta Program is currently only available to individuals who are resident in the United Kingdom. By applying, you confirm that you are currently residing in the UK. This requirement exists because Pierian Ltd operates under UK GDPR and UK data protection laws, and we can only process personal data for individuals within our legal jurisdiction during this beta phase. Applications from outside the UK will not be accepted.
